SAC-Meetup: Wheel Thrown Pottery

Come in to learn the basics of wheel thrown pottery and get access to the wheel while it is here. Rob will guide students through the basics of the throwing clay and explore a few forms like mugs, bowls and vases. Rob will do a 30 minute demo then, guide each student for 20 minute one on one on the wheel. Once the class is completed members can come back and refine their technique on their own time. We are trying to build interests in ceramics at the hacker lab and plan on having a dedicated setup with wheels and kilns eventually.
