Overview

A business model canvas is a simple business planning tool that shows the key elements of your business on one page – activities, customers, suppliers, sales channels, revenue streams, etc. This workshop we will dive into the nine essential building blocks of any business model. We will provide direction and support participants to complete their own business model canvas.
