Learning web technologies isn’t easy, but at least a computer is predictable. Clients on the other hand…

Join professional Web Designer & Developer Joey Nizuk of Nyezik Creative in a breakdown & overview of the client management from the point of view of a small business, agency, or solo entrepreneur. It’s a real deep dive in the entire business aspect of the creative and dev process for working with clients.

While the focus will be on building websites for clients, the process covered can be applied to many creative disciplines, whether that’s graphic design or product engineering. We'll cover:

  • Client onboarding, initial proposal, & scope
  • Project discovery & avoiding scope creep
  • Creative Process (Structuring, Wireframing, Design Concept, Prototype, & Development)
  • Testing & Implementation
  • Final Delivery (Assets, Technical Briefs, & Deliverables)
  • Support Contracts
